Playfields
* Normal High level mobs in the Khesheta area appear to be easier to kill once again, with Reduced HP pools.
Items
* Reports of many items losing their Gem Slots. If you had gem's in these items you have also lost your gems.(See Dev Response to this below.)
* The "Alchemist Cache" loot drops that were pulled from the last patch are now back in and working.
* Reports of several weapon's being decreased in DPS.
Quests
* Regarding the Arena Key quest:If you had the quest in your log prior to the patch you can now enter the arena.If you did not have the quest in your log prior to the patch you still cannot enter the arena.(Funcom has responded to this saying they are still working on this issue with the arena)
Dev Response to Gem Item's:

The crafted gear had insane values, and had to be tuned back to it's intended values.
Either that, or changing all the other gear in the world and make the raid bosses stronger.

The gem slots was removed by a code bug and the item team is working on reimplementing it now.

Let me try to be clear:
The craftable armors had to much defense rating (among other things), this had to be fixed.
In that process, a bug appeared, and removed the gem slots from these items. This was not intended, and people are working on revering this part of the items.
