Hyparchos - Position of trust as you take responsibility for incoming recruits or a Crafting Branch.
What can they do ? They can recruit members, so feel free to contact unguilded people you see with a /tell & also doing the same looking at the list of people looking for a guild. You can also help out other guild members with advice, usefull help & help in quests. You can also encourage guild members who are online to organise into groups if you can see a bunch of them that would benefit by running together they may not be aware of it so suggest it.
Taxiarchos -Officer. Can change the MOTD etc. Exceptional input to the guild above and beyond the call of duty (Sesh) or lazy co-founder (mittens). Controls the bank.

Strategos -Is entrusted with the guilds name and is the leader but basically likes to confer with his Taxiarchos's before making decisions.
What can they do ? Lots of things but mainly recruiting & trying to organise guild events and construction of the guild village.
I agree with Mittens's additional notes, we are a dictatorship (which does not mean I make all the decisions in a vaccumn) but we are always open to new ideas & I am happy to discuss any suggestions guild members have.
We are rapidly expanding but we really need to so we can construct a really excellent guild town & maintain it. For those who dont know various buildings in the guild town actually give bonuses to certain classes & also give bonuses to recource collection & other things.
